The Lenzerheide-Arosa ski area is great for skiing (as now Lenzerheide and Arosa ski areas are connected by a very modern horizontal cable car). The Lenzerheide region offers some off-piste skiing but not many skitours. One of the easy and safe tours is the Crap la Pala (description here).

A further longer tour with great views and decent skiing is found East of Lenzerheide village to point 2707m (also peaks North of that such as Pizza Naira are also possible, but a bit steeper and more challenging). To point 2707m one has to follow the forrest road to Alp Sanaspans (see tour map below).
From there one follows this remote valley to the East and point 2707m (just North of Piz Mosch) can easily reach . The tour is pretty safe in most conditions. Views are great and the skiing in the upper part is fine. The descent to Lenzerheide is only possible skiing down the forrest road, unfortunately. Nevertheless, this is a worthwile tour with usually not many people around.
